Hunton Park Under New Ownership
HUNTON PARK UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP
The 62-bedroom Hunton Park Hotel in Watford, North London has been sold to successful businessman Neal Khanna. Mr Khanna is the owner of the successful Denham Grove Hotel, which has been recently refurbished, and the popular Asian fusion Ponzu restaurant in Buckinghamshire and The Clay Oven, a market-leading Asian catering and event company. The hotel will continue to be managed by the UK hotel management company Countrywide Hotels.
Mr Khanna had been looking to expand his business, and Countrywide Hotels, who manage the Hunton Park hotel, with its listed gardens is a popular country house social and wedding venue, helped facilitate the purchase. He plans to spend a further £3m investment on improving the hotel including retaining the current team and enhancing the training of employees to provide the best service.
The new owner of the Hunton Park Hotel, Neal Khanna said ‘I am very pleased to have acquired the Hunton Park Hotel and add another quality asset to our portfolio. Moving forward the hotel will be called The Hunton Park and it will complement our existing hotel and catering business, I look forward to developing the hotel further into a boutique and destination property.

The Hunton Park is located on a beautiful 22-acre estate in the Hertfordshire countryside. Conveniently located just 3 minutes from Junction 20 of the M25, near Watford Junction train station and 30-40 minutes from Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. The hotel has 62 bedrooms, 10 meeting and event spaces, the Huntsman’s Pantry & Bar, and a swimming pool.
