MEET SALLY CORY

Sally Cory is the Revenue Director of Countrywide Hotels.

Sally has a wealth of experience across the 3, 4, and 5* markets having worked in both branded and white label hotels.

Starting her career in hospitality at the K Club in Ireland before moving to Hilton, De Vere Venues, and Marriott and then joining Countrywide Hotels in 2017.

During her time in hospitality, Sally has developed expertise in PMS, RMS, and distribution. During her time at Marriott Sally piloted the RMS upgrade for the UK setting best practise which was rolled out across  Europe. Through her resort experience, Sally’s strategic focus is on total revenue management at a segmentation level. By understanding the mix of business and providing recommendations has resulted in the growth of over £350k in 6 months for a single property.

Since joining Countrywide Hotels Sally has overseen a 5.1% growth in TRevPAR and 8.2% growth in RevPAR, with all hotels gaining share on the market and 7 hotels seeing double-digit growth in RGI.
